There is extensive help on every screen, especially the league setup screens. For almost every option there is a ? icon that will display help related to the specified item it is adjacent to. A great deal of help can also be found in this FAQ. Of course, if you still need help, please use our feedback form. To find this on desktop, click on the main menu icon at the top left of the screen, then under the "Other" section, choose "Support". On mobile, select the main menu icon in the bottom left corner, then go to the "Dashboard" tab, and select Support. You will be responded to in a prompt manner, by the appropriate beyondfinland staff member (based on your issue). If your issue is one that cannot be resolved via email, you can call our customer service line at 1-833-450-0605.

If your league has multiple matchups in a Scoring Period, the Streak column on your Standings screen will accumulate Wins as long as all matchups are won by the manager's team in that Period. Same goes for Losses. Should all matchups for that manager's team not be a Win or a Loss, the Streak will reset to 0. Example: Team A has 3 matchups each Scoring Period. Team A Wins all 3 matchups for Periods 1 and 2. Streak would be 6 (W). Should Team A Win all 3 matchups in Period 3, Streak would become 9 (W). Should all 3 matchups result in losses for Team A, new Streak would be 3 (L). Should Team A lose 1 or 2 (but not all) matchups in Period 3, Streak resets to 0.

Yes. All will automatically carry over to new season's league if league has Keeper or Dynasty selcted in League Setup. Else, they will not carry over.

Green asterisk means the player is in the announced starting lineup. Red dot means not in starting lineup.

On desktop, click the avatar icon in the bottom left corner, then go to security (for password) or profile to edit your email and other personal info. To change your Team name in your league, go to Team --> Settings. * Your User ID must be unique in our system, so you may want to give us a few options in order of preference. ** Your User ID must be 4 to 20 characters, containing only numbers, letters, or underscores.

Click on the Forgot Password link in the Login section near the top right of the screen. If your password hasn't been e-mailed to you within 15 minutes, feel free to contact us via our feedback form and we will reset your password and email it to you.

By default, all times across the website are in Eastern Standard Timezone (EST) or Eastern Daylight Timezone (EDT), which are the same thing (it can also be displayed as "ET"). You can change the time zone in your user profile. To access your beyondfinland profile, (for desktop) click on your avatar in the bottom left corner of the screen, then click on "Profile". (On mobile) select the icon in the bottom left corner, choose your avatar in the upper right tab, then select "Profile".

The beyondfinland Points system has not been fully implemented yet. When it is, you will be able to earn beyondfinland Points in various ways, and there will be a beyondfinland Rewards screen that will allow you to redeem your beyondfinland Points for various prizes, contest entries and cash.

Absolutely. beyondfinland has been developed over several years by top-notch software programmers, and has gone through a long BETA period to stabilize the product, calibrate the statistics calculations, and iron out the glitches. As a result of all this, the system is extremely stable. Also, we back up all fantasy leagues nightly, so worst-case scenario, we can restore your Premium Commissioner league from the night before or any recent date. And since we have a full set of commissioner tools to backdate transactions, any transactions missed or in error (player claims, lineup changes, etc.) can be executed retroactively by the commissioner.
